Having spent 20+ years in high-tech, I have seen many companies placed big bets on technology without clearly understanding what it is they are trying to achieve and how technology will get them there. Too many companies make the mistake of leaping to equate technology = value. Without a clear understanding of purpose, technology alone will result in waste and frustration. At Tilkon, we help companies align initiatives and people to a clear purpose.An analytical thinker, Tuan has 20+ years of international experience in consulting, management, and CRM implementation. He has held key positions at Anaplan, Salesforce.com, Meridea, and Siebel Systems. Tuan holds a Master’s in International Business from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and a Bachelor’s in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
